Sakura is what you coined as a kuudere character, a calm and collected person who offers a few words to other only when it is necessary - Or at least that is what her outward appearance looks like when the fact is that she is actually loud but that only works within her mind. Yes, most of conversation with her mostly consist within her own mind; you guess it, Sakura is an awkward woman. 

Despite on many generations after the first quirk user emerges has passed, the old problem regarding inconvenient and unconventional quirks are still not properly addressed to. Correction, it has been addressed to yet it is not perfect as the term of inconvenient and unconventional quirk is too broad to create a single system to handle it; not only that, there is no way to distinguished whether it is really inconvenient to someone or not until the person live with it for period of time - that's how Sakura experience as a forgotten baby, a baby that is forgotten by her own parents because of her own quirk. Despite her quirk wasn't that strong at that time yet - It is enough to make her irresponsible parent to forget about her existence straightly after they give birth. Leaving her alone in the nursery room until she got picked by one of the senior nurse and vow to raise her up until her parents return.

The reason behind on why the senior nurse able to perceive her is mostly because of her past training as a hero who specialized in tracking - The arts of looking something unseen. With that said, with the nature of her quirk where no one able to maintain full memories of their interaction with her giving Sakura a hard time while growing up. Forcing her to enter her own comfort zone due to the pain that she keep receiving from a simple sentence from others; "Who are you?" - Resulting her to be a social awkward kind of person.

Under the advice of her step-mother; Sakura picked Seijin and quickly find her own niche utilizing her own quirk as she was studying there. Unlike other, Sakura able to set her eyes toward what kind of hero she wants to be in the early stage of training - A hero who specializes in information gathering and infiltration. With a great focus and showcasing her ability firsthand to the teachers. Sakura rose the top graduates at her times - No one able to beat her in her own game nor in their own game as she will repeatedly force them to come to her own game.

As a pro hero, despite the status she received - She still enigma to the eyes of society. Not only because of her quirk but also her working nature where it is far from the eyes of society. Creating a suspicious rumor within her own living neighborhood regarding her - Which lure the people that she is going to team up with in the future. A problematic child yet she adores them greatly. Throughout many infiltration and information gathering over the movement of the villains; Sakura stumbles upon a bitter truth - Her real parents. Not only that, the fact that her real parents are actually a villain that has been terrorizing part of Tokyo from behind the screen.

Killing her own emotions at that time and holding back the information about them being her real parents to her friend, they manage to subdue many organizations that is tied with them. Where it reached to the climax where both of their real parents are death in the hand of Sakura herself. After that day, they disperse to do their own thing. Sakura has enough on infiltrating and information gathering - Dancing near the embrace of the death - She decides to become a teacher in her almamater. Dedicating herself within the school, proving her results as teacher who guides inconvenient and unconventional quirk user to be creative on their use of their quirk; resulting her to appointed as the principal after the missing previous principal. 

Nobody is the mutation condition that Sakura has where people has a hard time to perceive the existence of Sakura Chiyodai. No full memories will retain after the meeting with the woman where it only leave the lingering feeling of them encounter with someone and had a conversation with someone but they won't be able recall on who that 'someone' is. However, People who perceive her may have an easier time remembering certain aspects of her depending on the type of person they are. Maybe a more social person would remember her face, someone who's nose is always taking notes about what they see may have an easier time remembering her name, and someone who focuses solely on quirks may remember her quirk. Not only that, people who sees her will see her as a semi-transparent individual who is hard to be focused on. Throughout years of training, she can consciously set the opacity of her presence to other but she can't completely erase it nor go beyond 60% threshold. However, she can make herself invisible where even any kind of sensing tool for hidden object can't find her (Therefore, detection trap like laser sensor trap won't affect her but pressure trap will still affect her). Not only that, she also able to erase the presence of an object that she touches almost half of the size of the object (For example, if she bear hug a person - She able to make that person disappear with her). The amount of an object that she can erase alongside with her is eight object as long as she can touches half of the size of the object.

Sakura still can appear in a photograph normally as long as she is not in her invisible mode, however as long as they are not face to face with Sakura and not reach to recognition state yet - They won't remember the name of the person who is in that photo. Like mentioned earlier, there is a state known as recognition state where the person can finally recognize her presence and Sakura won't be able to get invisible to them when they have been interacting for more than three posts. At that state, her quirk become useless to them and need to distant herself from that person for more that one post to reset that state. As she still exist, her actions on things can be perceived, like her use of supplies and toilet paper, allowing people to logically conclude that she could exist - If they focus on the present of anomaly such as that, they will perceive Sakura's figure more easily and render the invisibility useless sooner than expected by a post. Despite her normal attempt, Sakura can't make her own bloodlust invisible as once she initiating an attack that aim to hurt toward someone directly; Her presence will turn as clear as day for a single post and need to distant herself from the target for two posts - Leaving the target with only the memory that they are being targeted but can't recall on who was attacking them.   

There are some exception on her lack of presence and lack of pertaining memories; the detail on who won't be affected is vague where Sakura can't truly tell on what criteria that makes her visible and memorable to them. If she is facing them, at best she could only make herself semi-transparent.
